1) i tried to talk to the receptionist or the manager before reaching the hotel, but no one responded. The phones were either unreachable or unresponsive. 2)when we reached the destination. There was no hotel found with the name fab-express epic residency, but found a structure with the name dna hotels. 3)there was no one available in the reception-inst counter which was more like a pigeion hole. After waiting for eternity, a guest turned up who gave me the mobile number of a staff of the hotel. He came down on calling through the mobile and he asked me the name of the hotel in which i had booked. Later, after ascertaining the booking id, he asked to wait and went up to prepare the room for us. Ultimate-sly after about quarter of an hour, we were allowed to check into the room. 3)
