Worst experience....no amenities provided....worst service .....no response from the hotel people and receptionist....very un hygeine....bedsheet and pillow cover already used by some other guest (hairs and stains on the bedsheet,also very bad smell on the blanket) not washed....bathroom not clean....no soap no amenities in the bathroom....no mirror no storage space....no network....asked extra 200 Rs commision for room checkin....the hotel manager is showing so much attitude very bad service....they only provide AC ,fan,smart tv,wifi these are the only things they properly provided....for asking wi fi password also they showed so much attitude....worst experience.....

te experience was terrible worst stay ever 1-The rooms shown in the photos are way different from what it actually is .The rooms are very cojusted and dampy. 2-They dont change bedsheets and provide clean Towels also theres no mirror or in the bathroom 3-The flush didn't work half of the time and when we complained about it they said it is what it is .

I booked a classic room and it was mentioned as air conditioned during booking But after reaching the hotel I was asked to pay extra. They are saying that I booked a non ac room and non ac rooms are not available. But I booked an AC room and It was clearly mentioned in the booking as well... But they asked me to pay extra even after showing the proof Later they agreed on my tough negotiation

Worst hotel Worst experience I had ever. They were asking me for extra charges for checking in late for the room I already booked and paid the amount 2 days before. Even When I wanted to checkout I told them 2 times that I will checkout 2 hours late before the checkout day they said no problem, but on the day they asked me for extra charges for late checkout, everything was a scam in this place. Booked 5 nights stay they dont clean they room daily but every 3rd day, no crockery, no room service, no toiletries nothing. Just the room and the rude staff. Will never visit this place in my life

The experience was good they are kind they even changed room when heater is not working clean rooms
