Poor Stay
The food was not satisfactory. Only one liter of water was provided for two people for the entire day, which was insufficient. The intercom was not working properly, and the bed was uncomfortable. Although we had booked the room for two days, we had to vacate one day earlier due to the poor facilities and also lost one day’s amount. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I hope the management looks into these issues and improves the services for future guests.

Terrible Stay
Bathroom was pathetic , ultra high price but no luxury, bathroom are very much smelling and beds are like 1 star hotel. Complete waste of money, very poor hospitality.

Poor Stay
The room which was allotted first time was not clean. Lights were missing. No one had cared before check in nor once we complained. It took 3 hours to change the room. The second one was also not good enough with the money I had spent.

Spacious rooms , furniture needs to be improved , old fashioned but truly spacious rooms. Restaurant food is excellent

torn towel, bad service...lot many things. even service is not good. breakfast is also of cheap quality.

Poor Stay
The staff were super helpful the problem was with the property, was not easy to spot from the road. Had frequent power outages during my stay whenever I turned on the AC. Further more the room was not worth the amount paid for.

The Kings Hotel
Stayed for 2 nights in first floor, Toilet / Bathroom fittings & Doors requires upgradations, Floors are not clear..to much of stains.. Playing Music from Crimsons till mid-night which is loud and very disturbing for first floor

Poor room service, no toiletories, no tea/coffee arrangements in the room, over all experience was not good

Poor Stay
1. Property is much older than it actually looks in pictures. 2. Room was not cleaned properly, including dirty linen. 3. During check-out, hotel denied issuing a gst invoice in spite of requesting reception during check-in itself. Later on after lot or request, they agreed and i had to wait for around 20 minutes just to receive the invoice. 4. Food quality is just ok.

Hotel building is getting old. Lift floor was damaged, food is very costly, example, vegetables dishes rs450. 00 they charges were so high, restaurant bathrooms floor broken

businessIt's a decent stay. Maybe a tiny bit overpriced because they don't provide the full amenities u would generally find in a good stay. Rooms are big and spacious. Beds are decent spring mattress. The sheets n blankets, though, can improve a lot. Most are stained n unwelcoming. Same. Can be said about the towels provided(just a bath towel. No face towels. No spares) they do provide a tv, a teapoy, cupboards, a dressing table, ac n mirror in the room. The electricals are a disaster. Most plug points don't work or have been damaged. The fan works at one speed, and the ac is an elderly gentleman. Bathrooms are okok. No dental kit or any other kit. Only soap bar n shampoo. The towel provided needs to be replaced soon. Found it odd that they didn't keep a menu card or brochure with wifi details n quick dial phone numbers for room service. Service staff n people are very polite n helpful. Overall, an average hotel. Best for spending the night to just sleep in a decent place. Having garrisons bar downstairs is a plus for the weary traveler.
