Great people, centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Geetham veg restaurant. Hot water available, extremely clean rooms albeit small. Car parking can be tricky at times as it is located in a slightly narrow road. Breakfast was amazing, If they provide drinking RO water that would make the place perfect. Overall I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again if I am back to work in OMR.

I highly recommended samhaar residency.The room was spacious,clean, friendly staff,serene atmosphere and convenient location.The staffs were attentive, actionable and positive outcome.And they providing breakfast it was so good and wholey it's was truly relaxing and good experience.Big thumps up👍

Wonder stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows.

Not a Pleasant Stay
Stayed there for 2 nights . But It wasnt a pleasant experience at all. 1 - Only 1 liter mineral water bottle provided for entire 2 days. Further water bottles are chargeable 2 - No room cleaning done during the stay when I clearly mentioned to housekeeping boy while leaving for office. 3 - Pathetic AC. Uncanny and continuous sound for the entire night from the ac. 4 - Bad Breakfast - Sambhar doesnt have sambhar powder !!! Cold vadas . When asked to give fresh hot one kitchen staff refused on face . 5 - No internet in third floor in second night . When informed reception response was cant do anything will see in the morning.

Linen and towels provided were bad in quality. There lint was coming out of those sheets and linen. It ruined my blazer (office attire.

The room was ok but the locality was too noisy, the washrooms were just ok. Breakfast was not at all good with very limited and same options everyday. The staff was good
