Very bad experience

smoking smell entire floor not cleaned The entire floor seems to have a lingering smell of smoke, and it appears that it has not been cleaned.

The hotel has a lot of cockroaches in the rooms, hot water is not provided, the tv is not functional, wifi is not provided. Worst experience, waste of money. I don't need a discount i need a refund

Fab terra not provided room. After a long wait i got hotel simsan.

Waste of money. Lift available but not operated. Breakfast very less quantity from nearby hotel. Water provided only on demand.

Property was good. The staff were friendly and responsive. However, the room was a little dusty, not everywhere but at some corners of the bed. Ok for the price.
