Below average room, MMT should verify strictly before adver
The location of the stay was nice, with proper communication facilities, but to our dismay the picture of the rooms displayed in the website are contrasting to its reality. The rooms are small, with a large pillar almost in the middle of the room acting as a huge hindrance (not shown in the website picture). The walls are unclean, the AC doesn't work properly. The comode (in the washroom) has cracks all over. The towels provided are stained. The only good thing is that the two staff present were well behaved, though they seemed helpless regarding the above stated problems. Overall, the room was not as of the quality we paid for. MMT should verify the properties strictly before advertising them.

worst support from makemytrip not at all customer centric.
Worst ever stay throughout my life, totally unhygienic and cockroaches running here and there no blanket was provided, and they only had one staff member to serve you. Also the breakfast was very terrible. I have never experience this kind of hotel in my life and worst service because they are not listening. I am a rated as premium customer, but still they are not listening. I had complained on this another day of check-in, I had 14 days stay they asked for photograph and they said that Fab Hotel is not responding,

Service was too Good. Cooperative Staff and well behaviour towards customers. Well satisfactory rooms and services. In budget and near to sea shore. Recommended.

Towel, bottle water, plastic glass, small soap, ac, pankha, tv, giza, closet, chair, desk, breafast 8:00 - 8: 30 if booked. Equipped enough if you are not expecting too much.

Location of apartment was difficult to find; apartment name board is not easily noticeable from road. Apartment was clean enough. Also the host served breakfast promptly.

We had stayed for 3 days. The rooms were neat and clean. The toilets and linen were fresh and changed every day. The staff were very polite and helpful. Mr. Armugam and sohrab ahmed were very helpful. They need a special mention. Overall the stay was comfortable and peaceful. It's good for a short stay.
