Excellent Stay
I really liked the way the hotel is maintained. It’s clean and organised. Will recommend anyone to visit. It’s available at walkable distance from World Trade Centre.

Not worth
location is good , but not worth for pricing. telling as boutique hotel .. there is no list, there is water heater ..we need to ask hot water or will provide temp heater ( water dipped) which is safe less... food - having a restaurant but worst iterny ..1 idly, 1small Dosa, 1 vada served in plate with sweet. no fruits , juice ... very bad.. it's like a LODGE.....

Property location is very good. Staff behaviour is also very good. Some power boards are broken which should be maintained. Apart from that amenities are services are top notch.

Average Stay
Stay is good but breakfast is not. They provide only South Indian breakfast. There is no option for bread omelette. Puri or paratha. Same is the case with lunch and dinner

stay was decent , located in OMR , access for auto and cab is easy. Good and cordial staff. Stayed for about a week , would visit again for sure. I do recommend D and A Boutique for stay.
