The service is really good. They provide good food and good ambiance. It is not some extra luxurious hotel but ut servers what it promises and makes everyone feel comfortable.

Not so good stay and service
Location is good. Food is decent but the services needs a lot of improvement. In room dining takes forever. It took more than 1:30 hrs for a simple sandwich. No one picks the call after 9:30 at either reception or restaurant. I had to personally come down and complaint. As many of us from the same company were staying, I got to know that the feedback was the same across and they encountered same delays. More so, the pest control was not done. Dirty towels, cockroach in bathroom, no glass for water, service delays. It is not my first stay at IBIS. Earlier the services were much better. This time experience was very disappointing. I will have to think next time if i really want to stay here. I hope, for their sake that this was a one off experience and not a way of life for them.

The stay was comfortable Food was tasty Room and beds were clean Though away from city and traffic in evening is horrible but rates are reasonable and comfortable stay

Room doors Tight to operate.
You need two people to open a door and it’s like completely jammed. Kids and elderly people they can’t open the door and needs an assistance to open. Key car reader lights are always on and it was notified to house keeping team at floors and they told there is some spares issues and they have informed room no 405 & 404.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Chennai OMR! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Horrible Experience
Horrible experience at ibis Chennai Sipcot. The hotel charged me ₹125 just for a plate and still made me collect it from the restaurant myself. On top of that, they don’t even have basic service like a bell boy to take bags to the room. No proper hospitality, just unnecessary charges and zero comfort. Definitely the worst stay — never coming back.
