They don’t even consider the proper check in and check out timing. And we have been blocked while accessing the doors before check out 12 o clock in the morning

Terrible Stay
Firstly I had issue with the room category I selected only a single bed room but the itself after paying the voucher came as twin which I called the hotel and asked for and they denied to take my preference and being a star hotel they should have courtesy of giving a early check-in but they denied even I said I’m ok with paying extra charges later I had to wait 1.5hours to get a room. Then I had a discount in food and beverage as per the booking upon checkout when I ask them they said it’s not applicable overall a poor maintained property and they staffs aren’t customer centric or not upto the hospitality standards

The location was very poor due to metro work. Breakfast was not so good according to ibis standard.. Room was too small.. After all the property was very old.. and not at all maintained. .,

Poor Stay
We need to ask for everything. For two guests they keep one water bottle, one dental kit and so on. Also the check in and check out time is a concern. They keep on calling from 10 am onwards to check when we will be checking out. Worst service from them. Would never recommend.
