Terrible Stay
Tiny old room with full of cockroaches and bedsheets are not washed. Jet spray in Bathroom are not working. It was a horrible experience and terrible room I see in my life. Not worth Utter waste room.

Worst ever hotel. Families don't visit
The worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The receptionist with the worst behaviour. Please don't visit this hotel.

Average Stay
Room was average, everywhere in the corners there were spiderweb. Water was stinky and in one point there was no water. Overall not good experience.

Sorry for your bad experience. If you have any trouble you need to contact reception. We are using the water supplied by the Corporation of Chennai. We also expect for better water supply from the Corporation. Anyway we have changed all the staff. You are welcome to stay and if there is any issue we will address it then and there.
Worst maintenance
I can't suggest this because there no minimum aminities is available. The staff is only one person if you ask anything they can't respond and even they are not caring about reviews too. The best suggestion is don't prefer this stay

The stay at karuna regent hotel was so disgusting it was not clean the key they gave us broke and there's no lift also i hated staying there please do not recommend that hotel to anyone else thankyou

Power outage
Hotel has power issues they have back up generator but ac won't work in the back up. Pillows and blankets has stains rest is goof

Not Worth the money
Stayed here for couple of days. There were neither toiletries nor towel provided despite repeated ask. The front desk just busy on the phone For the same budget there are lot much of better stays nearby
