I really enjoyed my stay at this property The rooms a d washroom were very neat and clean. The food was also tatsy.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Fab GT Galaxy, Chennai. • The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. • The rooms were not cleaned properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. • The basic bathroom materials were missing – no toilet paper, no soap, no towel provided. This is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, the service was very poor and the experience was frustrating. I strongly request MakeMyTrip to review such hotels properly before listing them on the platform. Hotels should be verified for cleanliness, staff behavior, and basic facilities before being offered to tourists. Otherwise, travelers face unnecessary problems and bad experiences.

Difficult to locate as it is a small entrance with a different name. unkept dirty reception and entrance and premises. Untrained shabby looking staff. broken stained sofa and cheap plastic chair in room. no mirror in bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fixed on 2 nails & making noise like heavy machinery. water stopped while taking bath. see-through curtain in large window. The bed and linen were clean. Pre-booked breakfast was refused by the manager, on showing voucher agreed to provide but did not provide. On complaining to MMT, the manager brought an unheigenic idli sambar in a plastic carry bag from a roadside stall with no utensils or place to eat. The flight was delayed, on request for an extended stay the manager demanded a high amount inspite of the fact that hotel was empty. Polite spoken, unfriendly staff, only Tamil speaking.
