hotel location was easy to reach and locate, almost a walking distance from max hospital. Rooms were well maintained and were as shown in photographs.

Washroom wasn't clean. The geyser wasnot working. I really didn't like the location. It's different from what it looks

terrible the hotel didnt had a single drop of water when we woke up in the morning. We had to keep on shouting for more than 2 hours to attend our natures call. This lead to the entire disturbance of days scheduled meetings. Secondly the hotel is fully occupied by the relatives of patients who are hospitalised in a close by hospital (maxx hospital) we had such a horrible experience that we checked out of the hotel on third day inspite of paying a rent for 5 days. such a pathetic experience.

no water supply, exactly one bucket water 🚿 allotted for shower 🚿, mosquitoes, no dental kits available, water is polluted with black precipitates. we need to wait until the precipitates settle to the bottom of the bucket……. a terrible experience

Easy to find the property location. They are on prime location. They haven't food facility. Amenities and services are good.

The rooms are way bad as compared to the photo. its a really shady hotel...with people of different nationalities are staying. Not safe for even a single day. window were broken ... covered with cardboard

Good hospitality clean rooms

Very bed hotel not cleaning and mosquito, no chair not telephone on any service told to reception but walk to reception, telophone is not working and no safety and not hotel with restaurants and small bathroom and in side washbasin, no dental kit, no saving kit ave-liable breckfast not available

Stayed in premier room with breakfast for 2 days in october. The bathroom looked clean but smelled stinky. Bath towel had dark spots. Didn't use. When lifted intercom cockroach flew away. Lices and mites on the bed. Only complimentary toiletry is a local soap that does not create foam. Breakfast on first day was 2 slice bread with some onion and masala sandwiched along with a small paper glass containing tea. Hotel doesn't have restaurant. Order food through app. Second day when i came late no soap was in the room. Had to wait 30 minutes for a replacement. Opened the small fridge in the room and it was stinky. No slippers provided. Bend metal rods provided instead of cloth hangers. Suitable only for those visiting the jaypee nagar hospital. All this after paying 3500 per night for one room. Definitely a big no
