Hospitality: Just serving a normal glass of water and still having complimentary drink set aside , Even in 5 stars you don't get a person coming upto you and serving water once you are about to checkin 2. It was a delightful experience at the Hampton. It's a small cozy hotel although they are now having an expansion of their building. 1. The Rooms ! Best thing about the hotel is the level of cleanliness. The Rooms look exactly like that seen on the website. The interior is well done and beautiful 2. The staff is brilliant ...very polite and helpful 3. They have a small restaurant so room service is also available. Had unpleasant experience. The room is stinky and wash room smelled smoke. I needed to call multiple times to get the rim freshener sprayed. The bed liner is also not good.
