GoBravo 72 -3Bhk Farm with Pool and Garden Sec 150 Noida

The stay was terrible. A major electricity issue was experienced by us and all The caretaker had to say 1. We just ran out of diesel. 2. I'm switching the power supply source from the generator to solar. 3. We were time and again told very bluntly not to switch onn the ACs. 4. Most of the time the caretaker was missing from the villa premises. Alot of ants were also found on the sofas, the beds, the rooms, the washrooms, the gas stove and any and everyone that u can imagine. The moment we entered the villa we were greeted by a broken sofa sitting right in the middle of the drawing room. When we met the caretaker his first statement was that we have to pay the security deposit which is of ₹5000 that was not mentioned on the website or on the booking voucher/e-statement. They asked for ₹1000 for filling up the pool once which again was not mentioned anywhere. We were highly disappointed by finding no mentioned amenities in the whole farmhouse. The caretaker was extremely rude and a caretaker for only namesake. The location was extremely on the edge of noida and was completely deserted and isolated due to which no food delivery services were available and we were forced to order our food from there own restaurant. To sum it all up our stay was completely a disaster.

Food was scarcily available, it is advertised to have 2 parking spots but there is only one . 1000rs additional charges that were not in the description anywhere were charged to us on the grounds of “POOL CHARGES”.

Sofa was broken from middle and it was looking very bad, overall photos are misleading and it is taken from a particular angle, the staff is not professional overall bedroom in the all bedroom mattress quality is worst, you would feel like your are sleeping on a pile of bricks not a soft cushion. If you are a host it would be a really boas experience for your guests( a letting down experience in front of guests), so beware!

I would say the property is fine but not the location, there is always signal problem unless u r connected to their wi fi. Cabs can't pick u up from there coz of their location.
