worst experience, firstly they cancelled the booked farm house then given us the alternative farm house having worst room and worst swimming pool, no amenities, and they charged for it, even after continue respect to make some arrangements, they haven’t responded. Don’t go if you want to make your day happy.

groupOur property was changed last minute, there were no prior arrangements. There was no water in the attached bathroom, it's flush was not working. They cut off the power around 8-9 before the time of checkout.

groupI booked this place in advance and made payment but they booked other guests too. Asked me to get a refund last moment. Finally they suggested another property that was too bad. Very unprofessional.

Dear Ma'am, Greetings from GoBravo! Thanks for sharing your feedback to the travelers community, Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you had with us. There were some issues at the property due to pool issues and we had to provide alternate option but we arranged the site visit before your arrival and you said property is good then we went on the shifting part. It was the upgraded options 3BHK Farm house and everything went well till check out nut did not make the check out on time and you wanted late check out but same could not be possible because there was another booking after your check out. Thanks

coupleVery poor condition of farmhouse evry door locks are bracken and washroom condition bad fan not working ac not working and the guy who hosting the farm is a bihari guy who not understand and they have dirty kids every time crying and disturb the guest

Worst experience i pay the booking after reaching the location owner start asking us to deposit 5000 security which was never mentioned before the property is not well maintained doors cannot be locked windows aren’t closing, 3 of my friends were to about to come to visit us for few minutes then owner start asking us for each our whole trip us ruined with these incidents

We use to get Refundable Security Deposit of 5000 and same is refunded on departure after the inspection of the property , while care taker stays at the property to check the same and security is immediately refunded. 2. We dont have any issues with the door locks and windows but going through your feedback we have positively noted and we will recheck the same. 3. We were having your booking of 4 people/guests and there are different pricing applicable as per the occupancy you book your stay but as you informed that guest have arrived for few minutes and we never charged you any amount/fee for that.
