Delayed respond to my request .Multiple calls. Dental kit was missing n if asked for extra towels,they said NO outright to that request.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel the ambiance was great and the staff were very courteous. Would love to stay again.

Geyser does not work. Had to call electrician repeatedly during two nights stay. Bathroom amenities are nil. Walls are damp. Glass water bottles were stinking, which the staff promptly replaced. Location is good. For the amenities, room rates are shockingly high.

my experience was far below expectations. The room provided was not as shown in the photos on the website. It was poorly maintained, not properly cleaned, and several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. Service was also disappointing—staff were unresponsive and did not address the issues even after repeated requests. For the price charged, the overall experience felt completely unacceptable and not worth the money. I expected a comfortable stay based on the listing, but this turned out to be a very unpleasant experience.

Very unhygienic service was very poor towels bedsheets all had stains room was completely different from the photos

Specific concerns at this Hotel, while its a new hotel & is constructed well. 1) Food need to improve a lot, south indian food is serious put off. 2) Basic item like tea is not Good. 3) Washroom is clean but was stinking, which i complained about. 4)Water provided in room was smelling like kerosene. I complained of all these points at the reception while checking out. Would expect some corrections to be made which can turn this New Hotel to a really good one & way better than some corporate hotels.

It took 45 min to check in inspite of coming at 4 pm. Hot water was not working, no tissue papers in wash room, bed sheet were not clean, pillow covers were not changed. My room was changed at 11 pm where the tv was not working. For the money paid, stay is not worth.

Nyc room they had, also let me stay 1 hr extra for no extra charges. Whatever i asked for, i got in minutes..

The property's Location is great. Deluxe Room is compact n superior rooms are larger hence more comfortable. It's a newly built property which is great Staff is attentive . Breakfast does have scope to be better, both in quality and variety. Overall it was a comfortable stay

Location was good with parking right in front, room had all the amenities, no windows though, very clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy and fast, all in all good

1. Size of room mentioned is wrong. Actual Size may not be more than 120 sqft 2. Overall hygiene of Room & bathroom is not good. Even towel condition was not good
