Clean and comfortable. Attentive and helpful staff. Food was good and property has a great location.

Awesome stay

The experience was pretty average as I selected a dinner package but they only had a thali option. They did not had any toiletries in the room and have entered the room without permission

Very bad experience.Bed linen wasn’t clean,wall had fungus,water was smelling,geyser wasn’t working.

Room that was given was small. When I first visited they gave large room but this time it was small. Kitchen was not working so couldn’t order anything from there.

The location of the hotel was convenient for me. But, the area around the hotel was poor network coverage and hotel WiFi is the only option. Rooms are ok, but there is no window, which makes the room claustrophobic. Staff is helpful and polite. Room cleaning is poor. Overall, an average stay.

The food was good, property is also good. But I was not happy with my room. The washroom was stinking so badly that I cant even tell. Complained so many times, they gave room freshner. Also, someone before our stay left their lingerie, and it was kept on the side chair. So noticed it later snd called for it but noone came to clean or pick. Just imagine

My experience was really very good....The hotel was located in very clean place ...All the staff's of hotel were very well vulnerabled and the decoration which you given to me was also very amazing and attractive..I like all the things of the room and hotel as well

Had a terrible stay, with showers having low water pressure, no provision of hot water as the geyser was not working. When highlighted to hotel staff they arranged a bucket of luke warm water, don't expect such arrangements in hotels of Noida.
