Location gives a feeling of living in a hospital, entrance for the hospital and hotel is the same, looks like this is made specifically for patients … lift does not work, voltage fluctuates and light gets disconnect every hour

It doesn't look like a hotel run by professionals. Room service was not good at all, the behaviour of the staff is not welcoming. Drinking water was not provided and breakfast was included in my booking for which I paid exclusively but there was no kitchen in the hotel and I have wait they arranged something to eat from outside. Overall not a trip to remember.

Had the worst experience in this hotel, the receptionist was not responsible, he was like ok, this is what it is, room full.of mosquitoes, no hygiene, no cleanliness.

The bedsheets were not clean. The room was smelling and the bed has insects to my surprisem the power was not backed up.

No room service type of facility was available, even asked for spoon but not provided. Lift was not working. Cleaning and housekeeping was ok

worst stay..took money to bring snacks and never return no water supply ,no tea or food worst services

We have booked an executive lounge access room, and breakfast was available at the lounge level, and the view from the lounge is facing the runway was amazing.

Stay was nice and comfortable. Though location shown on map was far off from property and it took me good 30-40mins to realign and reach to actual location.
