The rooms had no windows, which felt suffocating. Breakfast quality was very poor and not worth it. The only positive was the in-room dining, which was surprisingly good.

we find through MMT,hotel is very gud,very clean,food is very good,breakfast is also very gud,6th floor Tahia resturent is very well degn and very nice atmosphere, 5 th floor coffee shop is also very gud. all staff beheviour is very nice and very familiar,Dharmendra pandeyji is very cooperative.over all hotel Eliot is very gud .

Co-operative staff , prompt services and good food are key to this hotel . Overall experience is nice .

service is not good at all you have to call again and again. In our case our Tv remote is not working they took around 3-4 hours just to bring a new remote. fun fact that new doesn't work too. but after 3-4 calls they changed the whole tv that worked. room is overall good 10/8 in cleanness. few item mention in amenities are not in the room like iron, dryer is not in the room. you have to call the reception. there is no reception number written anywhere. last the kettle in the room is rusted from inside

Charging a good amount from customers but doing nothing about the severe power cut issues you have multiple times? Upon confronting at the reception, I was told its because of the area!! Nonsense!

There was no water in the bathroom, I followed up and then the hotel gave me water in a bucket and then I took a bath. The TV was not working. The property was not good as per the money. It seemed as if I have come to some local hotel

booked in Elliot as suggested by friend in sector 104, nice property good service. disappointed as Rooms do not have windows due to some reason they had to close them room was upgraded to mini suite overall happy but something in room housekeeping needs to take care battery in TV remote does not work there is smell in washroom though it was clean
