I had a very disappointing experience. In the name of a “kitchen,” the room had a completely non-working setup — the stove was full of rust, there were no utensils or crockery, and the chimney didn’t work at all. The so-called “bathtub” was just a dirty well-like space with rusted taps. I actually left the property before my booking ended because I knew if I raised a complaint, they’d just try to “fix” things and it would turn into a scene — and honestly, my mood and stay were already spoiled. Even in the afternoon, they had no lunch available. When I called for dinner around 8 PM, they said the tandoor wasn’t working. It’s shocking that someone charges for this kind of experience.

The stay was very comfortable with clean rooms, good amenities, and friendly staff. Hygiene was well maintained. Food was a highlight – breakfast had good variety, and the South Indian meal I tried was fresh and authentic. Drinks like tea and coffee were served hot and on time, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

They stay was great, the property was clean and the service was delightful by the staff. Can’t say more how neat and great the property is. The cost is affordable and everyone was polite and respectful. Would be coming again soon.

Stay was decent. Hotel property is new and clean. Reception is helpful and understanding. Restaurant services can be improved. They were rude with services and not flexible at all. This reduces the hospitality of the hotel. Hotel stay was good. Property is new and reception staff is helpful & support. Location is good and one can walk down to the tech park. The only negative point was the restaurant part of it. If you have booked food with stay, staff is rude and non supportive. Not a lot of variety in breakfast.
