Good Stay
The stay was very comfortable with clean rooms, good amenities, and friendly staff. Hygiene was well maintained. Food was a highlight – breakfast had good variety, and the South Indian meal I tried was fresh and authentic. Drinks like tea and coffee were served hot and on time, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Worst hotel service, breakfast’s quality very poor, no parking area, very rude with customers, not recommend for stay, very small rooms, not worth the price.

My experience at the PK Boutique Hotel
Stayed at hotel multiple times. As always, room was neat and clean. No complaints. Breakfast options are also quite nice.

I have shifted in 4 rooms after checkin and still facing problems. Bed was infested with insects

Poor Stay
the property is well kept. but there are a lot of problems. 1. this is in the outskirts of noida. 2. no mobile signal. 3. wifi did not work because of which i had to check out earlier. 4. food is oily.

We have made respected complaints to JIO & Airtel and they have installed there Dish to ensure same is not repeated again. In respect to our location, We are located on the Noida Expressway close to Advant Business Park. Further We have told our Executive Chef to ensure oil is restrained for future. Good Stay
Stay was decent. Hotel property is new and clean. Reception is helpful and understanding. Restaurant services can be improved. They were rude with services and not flexible at all. This reduces the hospitality of the hotel. Hotel stay was good. Property is new and reception staff is helpful & support. Location is good and one can walk down to the tech park. The only negative point was the restaurant part of it. If you have booked food with stay, staff is rude and non supportive. Not a lot of variety in breakfast.

Area (Not Hotel) still under development
Our stay was average considering the following points: 1. Food option severely limited (in included meal) 2. Breakfast options severely limited (paratha & curd, bread, omlette, puri & subzi, tea, 1 fruit juice and 1 fruit) 3. bathroom is small and the draining of water took time. the bathroom gets kinda flooded with water while you are showering. 4. no hand towels 5. bathroom mat was old and dirty 6. bath towels were seemingly not clean. overall it seems kinda a budget hotel, but pricey.
