My recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, things started going downhill. The check-in process was painfully slow, with untrained staff who seemed confused and uninterested in helping guests. After finally getting to my room, I was shocked to find it in such poor condition — dirty floors, stained bedsheets, a leaking bathroom faucet, and a persistent foul odor that just wouldn’t go away.
Despite raising multiple complaints at the front desk, no one took any meaningful action. Housekeeping was inconsistent and careless — they often skipped cleaning altogether, and when they did come, it was just a quick, superficial job. The air conditioning barely worked, making it extremely uncomfortable at night. To make matters worse, the food served at their in-house restaurant was cold, overpriced, and completely lacking in taste or quality.
What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff — completely indifferent, as if they were doing me a favor by even listening. Basic amenities that are standard in any decent hotel — like Wi-Fi, hot water, and room service — were either unavailable or unreliable.
Overall, this place is mismanaged and does not deserve the rating it advertises. It felt like a money trap with zero value for what they charge. I regret booking this hotel and strongly advise others to stay away. Spend your money somewhere that actually respects its guests.
