service issue, maintenance issue

Little unprofessional behavior by staff
Room is fine, but some smell of smoking is there in corridors, 1. Before check-out I have asked receptionist before an hour as I have to go early 7am in morning to move the vehicle blocking my car but they haven't take this seriously and I have to wait for extra 30min to go out from there.. Rest is Fine
