Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Avoid at All Costs!
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Hotel Sty is a total disaster – don’t go by pictures
• Terrible Service: Absolutely no sense of hospitality. No staff around when needed, and no one picks up the intercom
• No Bell Boy: Had to carry all our luggage ourselves. Not even a single person was there to assist during check-in or check-out.
• Air Conditioner Not Working: AC was completely dead. Complained multiple times, no action taken. Had to suffer in a hot, suffocating room.
• Intercom Useless: Tried calling reception multiple times, but no one ever picked up. It’s like the phones are there just for show.
• No Food Service: Shocking for a hotel! No room service, no restaurant support. You’re on your own here.
• Pathetic Breakfast: The so-called “breakfast” looked and tasted like leftover foodNo hygiene, no quality, no taste. Just sad boiled stuff and watery tea.
• Unprofessional Staff: No courtesy, no responsibility. It felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay.
Honestly, this place should not even be called a hotel. I regret every penny spent here. NEVER coming back and would not recommend this to anyone – not even for free.
