Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Avoid at All Costs! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Hotel Sty is a total disaster – don’t go by pictures • Terrible Service: Absolutely no sense of hospitality. No staff around when needed, and no one picks up the intercom • No Bell Boy: Had to carry all our luggage ourselves. Not even a single person was there to assist during check-in or check-out. • Air Conditioner Not Working: AC was completely dead. Complained multiple times, no action taken. Had to suffer in a hot, suffocating room. • Intercom Useless: Tried calling reception multiple times, but no one ever picked up. It’s like the phones are there just for show. • No Food Service: Shocking for a hotel! No room service, no restaurant support. You’re on your own here. • Pathetic Breakfast: The so-called “breakfast” looked and tasted like leftover foodNo hygiene, no quality, no taste. Just sad boiled stuff and watery tea. • Unprofessional Staff: No courtesy, no responsibility. It felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. Honestly, this place should not even be called a hotel. I regret every penny spent here. NEVER coming back and would not recommend this to anyone – not even for free.

worst experience.....Paid Breakfast but till 8.15 AM Breakfast was not serve to me and No response from the hotel people...Room was dirty and Toilet had some old garments of guest and tishu paper was through in toilet.

This seems like a newly built hotel. Room and bathrooms are clean. Location is good in way for vicinity to shopping, commute etc but also noisy as times if you like quite stay. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming with poha on the menu three day straight, 2 days alu puri. Omelette was saving grace but for some reason third day it was not on the menu. Staff seem new and courteous but not as trained or well managed, things had to be requested multiple times. Overall I will stay here again as far as room quality is clean, will skip breakfast next time. Hope this helps future travellers.

This hotel is just in name, it is a very good way of looting, these people have created a category as if it is a very good hotel but if you go there then you will come to know that it is just a scam, the scam is going on to such an extent that these people are taking money even for parking.

Had a great stay at nimantrana for 2 days, location is great, view from balcony is amazing, staff was really helpful and polite. Pool was super clean. Had a wonderful experience.

The switches of lights on bed sides were no where to be found,we ended up ultimately switching the lights from the mother board. We called the hotel staff continuously at night but no one received our call. We wanted an extra blanket but no response were given to us from the Hotel Staff.
