High Rise Haven Supernova

Worst experience ever, had a full night booking but on the check in time they told me it was a half day booking then I have to take help with MMT customer care help to resolve the issue and it was so frustrated, Anubhav and Shivangi were my host, it was terrible, place is nice but if your host is good then it will be so hectic for you to check in on time, ask everything to your host day before your booking

The cleanness was not good. TV was not working as no Internet for the TV. Bed sheet was not properly clean..

Pathetic experience and smelly room, broken furniture and mosquitos

The property is pathetic!!! Started with an overflodded parking with sewage water, the whole building has dripping water, goons noticing you walking into the property if you are planning to go with your better half please skip this place! seems like a thirdclass property, even cheap hotels are better. There is no security on the property, three guard and 100+ people at the waiting lobby, one opertaional lift with one service lift, people noticing you like you are an alien if you are dressed well, seems like the gentry visiting the hotel is just for one purpose. The rooms stink of mould, watter dripping in the balcony, the floors were wet as moisture sticking to them, broken bathroom taps, bedsheets smelled of dampness, balcony too close to the others, no provacy! Checked out due to all the above as fast as possible as we allready wasted our money,

Proper was fine but the parking area is not inside the premises you have to park outside the society and if it is a rainy season there is very high chances of water logging

The hotel's location is very convenient. Rooms are always cleaned and Staff’s behaviour is so supportive and cooperative with us. Everyone cooperates whenever any needed any help. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Everything is available nearby.Food is very delicious as like as home made food .

No car entry,no entey of my friend coming from US,spies tower is very far from the main gate,I had a really terrible experience staying there for 2 hrs,ultimately I had stay in five star hotel in aero city ,that doesn’t concern me at all,but it should be clearely mentioned that outside vehicle is not allowed and foreign guests are not allowed,being a surgeon in UK for about 6 years that’s what I get,it’s was very humiliating.

just wow. the view is USP. had coffee to start my day with the lovely view and the went great. host is friendly and helps at almost any point of time

It was a pleasant stay with such lovely view. I don't think i'll get to experience something like the this anywhere else. The host was very responsive and helpful. The team was very respectful.

This was one of the best property i have ever stayed. The room cleaning was on point, all the amenities were provided and the host is very responsive be it any point of the time. The property offers beautiful view, it is comfortable just like home and if you need anything from outside , doorstep delivery is available for that. Checkin and checkout procedure is smooth and hassle-free. Host is very prompt in resolving issues. So if you’re planning for a perfect getaway then this property is perfect for you.

Nice stay with superb view ...

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, with dust in several areas and an overall lack of maintenance. The bed sheets were torn, which was unacceptable and gave the impression that cleanliness and comfort were not a priority. There were no basic utensils provided, which made it difficult to prepare even a simple snack. To be honest, the property felt more like a poorly maintained Airbnb than a proper hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it unless some serious improvements are made.

Staying at High Rise Haven was my best decision. I was confused before making the booking and was unsure about how the stay gonna go. But once I talked to the team, they helped me with all of my queries and the checkin was really smooth and was self checkin. The apartment has almost every necessary amenities, neat and clean room, superfast wifi which made my work trip really great as the other hotels have very low speed wifi. Kitchen with all the utensils and RO installed. The best part was the balcony. The view from the balcony was unseen and almost impossible to get in any other stay. Thanks for hosting me.

Good Stay with service apartments but no good food available near by

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property ! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was fantastic, and the little thoughtful touches made it even more special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Ssrvice is very slow, no ash tray even after asking 3 times. Room was not ready at the time of check in.
