Not worthy of rate

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The bed was infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep. I had to check out early at 4 AM due to the discomfort. This kind of hygiene issue is unacceptable and shocking for a place that claims to be a 4-star property. It does not deserve that rating at all. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is a good value for money. Rooms are nicely maintained and spacious. Food is awesome. Savoy suites rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast is also very good.

I have stay at this property on 26 may 2025 Very bad experience in this property staff was not co-operative and overall waste of money.

One of the staff members Mr. Gaurav was so arrogant, rude and totally uncooperative. The food was below standards. Way to the lift lobby smelled like piss. Im sure any other hotel in this price range will be a better option than this.

Worst and horrible rooms please don’t send your clients there . Lot of cockroaches and unhygienic bed spreads and pillow cover . Not at all worth .

Whenever we are noida we choose savoy, as it is very comfortable and convenient. Services are good as the stay was comfortable.

Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, ispecally ms shreya. Rooms are clean with modern furniture, with all amenitie. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure trips because sector 18 mall of india it's very near by. Thanks to all the staff.

The property was spacious enough. The interiors looked old and unclean. The furniture was very old. The bed was not comfortable. Hence i would rate it as average experience

The property location is close to the metro station with few good options for food near the hotel. My concern is that the hotel needs to renovate, rooms and its bathrooms are very old. They need to upgrade

It’s a old property not maintained properly. The carpet stinks, old furniture. Not adequately staffed, hence poor service. The ac in the gym doesn’t work, the equipment’s are old. There were broken glass pieces on the gym floor and the attendant didn’t bother to clean it despite seeing. The breakfast isn’t served until 7:45 am, no tissue papers on the breakfast table. Over a very bad experience, just not worth the money.
