It was a terrifying stay, when I reached at the location Hotel said now they have no association with MakeMyTrip and denied for check-in.

Its a disaster for me at late night, i went to hotel and a staff said your room booking is nit showing in our portal, and i call to customer care they said wait for 45 minutes in between hotel person said please wait outside hotel its not allowed what a poor behaviour i'm with my wife hate your company

This is very worst property, like; quality, infrastructure, housekeeping, very worst condition of bed, fabrics as well as no drinking water, no canteen facilities, only two manpower for service including reception and he is doing missbehavior with customer. Also no safe parking, no safe area. I am change immediately to our room to others property. I am not recommend to others for booking room in this property. Thanks

Bad hotel for stay with family

No plates available in hotel, no keys available of rooms they said sometimes guest takes kru with them so we don't have keys. Although they don't even have mineral water if you ask them to give water bottle they ask for money and say we will purchase it. Not recommended of you are staying with family. Rooms also not good quality. Poor hotel with our poor facility.
