Average Stay
Location was convenient however hotel room was not the cleanest, linen was old, run down and had stains. Not worth the tariff they charge, need to maintain it better. Disappointing from ITC standards.

Average Stay
Property was on and food was good however staff was not good especially Zodiac restaurant. They were cunning and trying to loot the guests. Their service was very slow and not upto the mark

Nice Stay at Fortune
Hospitality was the best as fars as stay was concerned and room were also neat and clean. But the bad odour of canal in front of the hotel is an area of much improvement for the hotel authorites

Good for Family as well as Work trip
The room is clean and full of natural sunlight if you open the curtains. .. Positive vibes.. Faced with minor issues but the GM of the hotel personally came forward to solve it.. Location is Good .. Breakfast has a wide variety of menu items and starts early at 7.30 am which is good for working professionals

nice stay
Everything was nice. There were some problems with our room initially but the staff handled it very professionally and eventually shifted us to a better room. The food was good. The swimming pool was very small and requires some maintenance, the water seemed not very clean. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Poor Stay
Not upto Fortune standards or any 4 star. bathroom did not have adequate water. phone not working. breakfast buffet also very basic& cold. dinner also not good. overall not a good stay.

Enjoyed my stay at Fortune by ITC sector 27 Noida.
Stay was beyond the expectation kept, staff was very professional and caring. Check-in and check out was really fast compared to other hotels.

Not value for money
Paid for the breakfast and asked for take away nonveg breakfast both at the time of Booking and called. No nonveg breakfast was packed No coffee was in the room only tea was . Has to ask for the coffee

My experience at Hotel Fortune Noida
Centrally located in Noida having good services. Housekeeping is exemplary and staff is courteous. Only drawback is foul smell of sewerage outside the hotel even in portico.

The stay was OK . The room size was decent. I wish the room had the stock of coffee as any other hotel. I did try to call but the call went unanswered . The take away breakfast could have been handled. If you decided to keep your property non smoking I respect it but then the other ITC are driving sustainability much more aggressively eg no plastic bottles
