Hotel was old and room was not modern at all.. this is okay if prices are 1*i booked it for which was not worth the money

not good room and nothing was working we has to do early check out

Location not good. Area is dirty and conjested. Rooms were not clean . Staff not supportive. Even AC and TV dish not working. Very poor experienced.

The washrooms in all the rooms are quite bad. After bathing, a lot of water accumulates. If we don't put perfume in the room, there's a foul smell. In some rooms, the toilet also leaks.

Hotel facilities was good and the room were neat and clean and the bathroom also are very neat and clean but the T.V was not working nor the A.C was working properly rest all things were good

Absolutely Disrespectful – Not Worth a Rupee I booked one of the expensive, premium-tier rooms, and what I got was nothing close — just a basic, below-average room. After I complained, they had the audacity to call the same room an “upgrade.” What a joke. I paid for 6 nights and it's a Joke. There’s no laundry, no Wi-Fi, no iron, no taxi service — nothing that was promised. The place is located in a narrow galli (yes, you read that right), far from anything decent or accessible. The photos online are completely, and the standards are unacceptable. My stay was so disappointing I had to leave after just one night. Avoid this place entirely.

Unclean Bathroom Facilities: Cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, which affected comfort. Cooling Issues: Both AC and ceiling fan were ineffective, making it tough to stay during summer. Poor Hygiene Concerns: Bedsheets had black stains, hair strands, and small holes, which was unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. Issues with Balcony Privacy & Safety: The room opened to a shared balcony with inadequate locking mechanisms, which is not suitable for those seeking privacy or security. Location: The property is not directly on the main road—it’s tucked away in a narrow alley, making access a bit inconvenient, especially for families or elderly guests. Final Thoughts: Despite a 4-star rating online, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I booked this property ignoring earlier reviews due to its rating, but I wouldn't recommend it for families or couples looking for a safe and comfortable stay. It may be manageable for solo travellers for a short visit, but major improvements are needed in hygiene, cooling, and room conditions.
