The guy said they are not on make my trip and asked for more money had to give 500 rupees extra at 1 am coz they refused to give room

They don't allow to stay in the hostel. Room is only for escort.i said give my money back because I don't wants to stay here .they said in scolding manner it will get from make my trip

booked this place for few of my team members to stay and I checked twice. It showed rate which I booked for which had some offer going on from MakeMyTrip and I booked it. It was with breakfast. I paid and my team reached there at night. They said this rate is not possible. We've not updated same. they then wanted more money about another thousand bucks. I agreed after which I because it was 10 o'clock at night. I said no problem. I said okay if it's 2000 -3000 bucks at night or I will pay you, please please give them another room after after all that ordeal that said no, we don't have another room then they offered and said, Why don't they stay in the non-air room? I said this is not done. That is not what I paid for, and ultimately they'll have to stay there. Then they stayed in the same room with extra with two extra mattresses and which they offered which they asked for money for also after all this, then I said please at least give them decent breakfast, To which they said oh you want breakfast in this price? Also I said it is not me.

Don't book this hotel. I arrived at 10:50PM, Hotel staff said that they are not accepting online booking then they charges extra money Rs.600/- for giving room.

Rooms are very dirty. Non AC rooms. Staff is not ready to check-in in the price I paid to mmt after some 1 hour they allowed but in non AC . Such a worst hotel don't recommend to anyone

Receptionist said to me no booking accept he charges extra for room that's a very bad experience like that and behaviour also was not good

Very bad exprience. I paid for breakfast but i didn't get it. Kindly return my breakfast meal payment

This hotel clearly denied to give hotel at the price i paid on make my trip they denied the booking and asked for double payment if i want to take the room and i was not in condition to search for another room so i had to take it terrible experience

Extra rupes pay karne pade.

The staff behaviour is rude. The hotel is not clean. If u ask for anything they will refuse. Linene was dirty. Tv was not working. And foul smell all Around.
