Hotel was not same what shown in picture they take us to back side of hotel which was old walls are in horrible condition staff was cooperative food also good

Over all good stay with decent prices and food location near by metro station. Clean room and good staff

There was no cleanliness..taps and jet spray were rusted..the window had spider web and insects. Wardrobe was not of good quality. drawers in the tables were having spider webs. And outside food is not allowed and inside food is very costly, rates were of 5 star

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible from the moment I checked in. The room was nothing like the pictures – dirty, poorly maintained, and with a foul smell that made it hard to stay inside. The bedsheets and towels looked unwashed, and the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition with broken fixtures and no proper cleaning. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Every request, whether it was for clean linens or basic toiletries, was either ignored or met with bad attitude. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and the so-called “amenities” advertised were either unavailable or not working. For the price charged, this was a complete rip-off. I have stayed in budget hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away and look for other options nearby. Rating: ⭐ (if zero stars were possible, I would give that instead)

overall experience is good but sometimes call not ringing and shower not working properly and apart from that receptionist staffs are preety much nice and friendly.

Only feedback- breakfast options can be better and the rooms to provide toiletries. The distance to the reception area from my room was a lot to walk. Room is neat and comfortable.

There are so many things i want to add in this feedback first of all they don’t have proper lock means no privacy. Second thing is that want us to adjust like call us at night and say that please corporate with us and let us change the doorknob at 11 pm. Charges extra for water at least water are free. Rooms are not that much neat and clean. Charges are not really worth its too much for that room
