Good food, but the service is extremely slow. The blanket, pillow covers, and bedsheets were not clean and had stains. There was leakage in the room. Also, a very bright light from the gallery kept shining into the room, making it impossible to sleep.

overall stay was good but I found a couple of things missing in the room, like sachets for tea and coffee and there was a delay in housekeeping but the staff is friendly and rooms are in good condition

Property is good, but poor management, had to ask for every single thing. I booked triple delux room, they gave us delux after asking they denied later some official agreed on providing what I booked for. Had to ask for water and they again said not provided with tariff, had to show them on paper then they provided. Ac wasn't working in one room, again asked to change but they shifted us in another delux
