very bad experience, rooms and washroom were dirty, no handwash, bo shampoo, no body wash provided. washroom was pretty dirty. did not provided the mineral water, they provide regular water in their personal bottles.

I had had booked my stay for 4 nights, however I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. 1st problem - none of the AC is working in the hotel, I had to change 3 rooms to finally once which worked. They did not had remote for same. There was no dental kit, or soap or shampoo in washroom. I had booked food ( breakfast and dinner ). Paid some 600 -700 extra for same however they only give paratha in breakfast and potato fry dal and rice at night. When asked to provide non veg option, the manager denied saying he cannot arrange. Very bad experience overall and complete waste of money

dirty room. dirty linen. no dining service. no back up power for lift. had to climb stairs for room provided at 3rd floor. very poor maintenance of property. oyo rooms are much better. very bad experience. won't suggest anyone to stay there.
