I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were humble and courteous. The room was comfortable, though it needed a little more cleaning. The breakfast was also good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The place was snelling like cigarettes the moment we stepped out of the elevator. I wouldn't go back there. It can be maintained much better.

TV not working. Complaint to receptionist. But they will arrange alternative tv after 24 hours. Waste of money

Property is located at peaceful place yet in centre of the city, serving authentic tamil food in breakfast.5* to staaf service n housekeeping.2 beautiful temples in 5 mnts walking distance.famous Sangeetha n Aruvi Veg restaurants r also at walking distance.Can reach famous markets for shopping in 15 mnts.

Staff behaviour is not good they are charged with a packed bottle no complimentary in water bottle

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mother and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the owner was very accommodating. Our bus back to Bangalore was delayed, and he kindly allowed us to stay a few extra hours, which we truly appreciated. They were very respectful, especially as I was traveling with a senior citizen. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for its hospitality and excellent service!

We selected the hotel as per mm t rating. But the hotel room & appearance was shock. Room was too small & was-room dirty. They charged us for mineral water. In room they kept refilled ro water bottles. Over all, we never expected this kind of hotel in the money we spent. Dnt know how u guys give this rating to them. Though staff was well behaved -caring & hotel was safe.

Hotel is good and value for money, cleaning and room service is not up to the standards and need to take care of theses issues. Water sometimes come like this from the taps

Last 8 years I am traveling Chennai for my office work in alternative month. This is first time I had face this kind of Fraude, Normally every hotel giving check in 12 and check out 11. I didn't notice check in time when I reach at hotel around 12 o'clock they told check in time 2 o'clock but as per booking confirmation it was check in at 1 O'clock. They had charged me Rs.1000/- for early check in without any reason. I had booked clasic room but staying was pathetic, smelly room, leakage bathroom. All in all its a pathetic staying

The room was reasonably clean and jueginic. However the furniture are sharp edged. The small sofa and one chair are not at all comfortable. Water flow in the wash basin was too slow. Geyser switch was difficult to find. Intercom not working. Breakfast was good. I would give it average rating.

Well maintained rooms courteous staff centrally located decent quality breakfast

I am a frequent traveller and had stayed mostly in budget hotels across south india. This hotel is really an excellent option for family of three and more in terms of comfort, safety, amenities, hospitality. The staff right from security till the manager are very courteous, polite and their response is excellent. Thanks g3 comfort team for all your warm hospitality. Plastic sustain this hospitality throughout.

The hotel was maintained well, very nice staff who listened to every request with good mannerisms. They even upgraded one of our rooms as the smaller room wouldn't fit an extra cot, which we asked for, plus no added charge. The location was quite convenient to travel around the place. My only complaint is the bathroom, it could be maintained better. The drain was clogged and the wash basin was kinda leaky, just minor inconveniences though. Overall, i had quite a good stay here.

The hotel seems to newly renovated. The restaurant was still under construction, but they served us breakfast in the room. It is conveniently located if you are in chennai for the us visa. Around 1km to the biometrics center and less than 2km from the consulate. Room and the bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and overall it was a good experience.
