Room and bed condition is good. Tv was not working and it was known to the concern person before allotting the room. Fan is without regulator. Bath towel was very bad almost in torn condition and they didn't have to change. Intercom numbers list not available in the room.

Very average amenities without basics.

A decent place to stay if not many options are available or you need to stay for just a few hours. The basics were not provided by the staff like hand towel, tissue roll etc. The breakfast was just average and they didn't even provide proper plates/cutlery etc. Will not prefer to stay there again rather will wait in the airport premises.

The washroom was dirty, especially the shower, knobs, glass were rusted and uncleaned. They didn’t provide any toiletries and breakfast (dosa) was not good

Its was good. But some technical glith in booking date i faced my booking date was starting form 21st of may and ending was 31st may 2023. But in hotel portal it was showing from 25th for that i raised concern on mm t but did get solution yet. No call from customer support. Bad experience

Terrible Stay

Terrible worst experience, very poor management and then due to room was not ready they shifted to some other bad hotel and insisted me to stay over there after many complaints they shifted me to the hotel and then they tried to compensate for a late check out but the next day 26th march again at the time of check out the behavior of the manager was very rude and tried to scam me by saying that's there which was very stingy and with less accomodities and bad rooms please take necessary actions against them and do the needful at the earliest. The pics deceived us. The actual hotel name is denver hotel. 3rd class choultry, just like railway quarters. Hotel chosen breakfast is served to room. No cafeteria. Phone is always dead. Just a show item. Cupboards are broken no space to move around or keep your luggage. Very tight and conjusted room. No customer service. No parking. Bottled water is contaminated. Beds are dirty! in one word ' pathetic'
