Comfortable, safe, restaurant not available, but food delivery is available ( like swiggy, zomato etc) they will remind you every morning for in house breakfast, front desk will tend to all your needs immediately. parking facility , they will personally guide you. Hospitality 10/10 by the front desk. These are my personal experience. My first and favorite choice of stay

Good Stay
Stay was Ok but there is not option available for in between foods, snakes or Infact hand made tea. Apart from this all Ok.

Good place to stay
Had a wonderful stay with family. Breakfast is good and has a decent variety. Rooms were neat and clean. Location is good. Most importantly Mr. Balaji at the reception was very good and polite person.

Hotel is Good Rooms are Small as compared to Photo. Nice for Few days Stay.
Simple Hotel without In House Restaurant Facility you have to order from Zomato or Swiggy. After that they dont Have Basic Cutlerys for Guest for Eating inside Room. They Provide Only 1 500ml Water Bottle Per Day for 1 Person. Otherwise hotel is good and small..They are Improving themself for Better Service. Owner is Very Polite and All Ways

Had a peaceful stay but still a lot of other issues. 1.Although several complimentary items are mentioned they only gave toothbrish and paste. 2.The person who will be serving complimentary breakfast was rude 3.Only 1 water bottle per day, if you ask for one more they will charge you. Apart from this everything was fine..

Average Stay
I had booked a deluxe room but was given a standard room instead. While the room was reasonably clean, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff would benefit from proper training in hospitality, customer service, and basic courtesy. What shocked me the most was being asked to personally dispose of leftover food in the waste bin after breakfast—something I’ve never encountered in any hotel before. It felt quite inappropriate and left a poor impression.

Bad Service byThe Hote
Despite the prepaid booking, hotel cancelled it from their end and finally after a long discussion a room was provided that too was not as expected/shown in the images/paid for. Bas experience. when contacted MMT, the representative was not able to contact the hotel, he took follow up but did not call back, Pathetic customer service. I hope your Quality teams and Excom team view this comment of mine.
