location was good. rest all very pathetic. its not fab hotel. there was no board over there.

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. * The AC was not working properly — even when set to 16°C, it was not cooling the full room. * While booking, the room was shown as having a bathtub attached, but at check-in, the staff refused to provide it unless I paid an extra ₹1000. They only gave me a room **without a bathtub**. * The bathroom heater was also not working. * In the morning, water flow was extremely slow — it took almost 20 minutes just to fill one bucket. This was a terrible experience compared to my previous stays at the same property, which were good. If the bathtub-attached room is not included in the price, it should not be shown

Terrible Stay
It was a disgusting hotel. Not at all like its pictures. There was cockroaches and spiders and other bugs everywhere, mold on the wall and a musty smell in the room. We immediately ask for check out and left. We have lodged complaints to get refunded since we didn’t even stay it was such a horrifying experience. They didn’t even do the check out processes they kept taking us to other rooms on other floors saying these are new it’ll be better but it was so bad. 3rd, 4th and 5th floor rooms were all in such poor conditions. Please do not come here. they said they need to wait for hotel to agree but obviously the hotel will not agree to thier wrong doing and poor conditions.

Terrible Stay
Don’t believe the photos and get struck. They won’t provide any facilities shown in the website. Simply they will say it’s a glitch. No AC. The floor is oily and cause accidents. Bed and sofa are good. Toiletries are provided. Washroom is bad.

Poor Stay
They allotted the room where the door doesn’t lock. Owner convinced to take the room despite me raising security concern. I had to request couple of times before he allocated another room. Room was sticky and average maintenance

Average Stay
The stay location is very much accessible. But the hotel room is below average only. There was no proper lock in my room which made me feel unsafe. Hygiene of the room can be improved.

Good Stay
Staying was pleasant and good, easily reachable location, prime spot for everything, nearby shopping centers,good ambience. Very clean bathrooms and road view rooms ...Entirely nice and had a pleasant stay.

Poor Stay
Location good. But poor amenities. No dental kit or proper toiletries. Bathroom closet leaking and water gushing out. Door lock broken. Cramped parking space. Overall bad experience.
