This was a terrible experience. We had to wait for an hour at check-in, the room was not clean, there was no lock on the door, and the bathroom was blocked and dirty too. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel’s location is good — it’s near the beach.

very near to beach, just 2 minutes walk, no restaurant attached, but outside food is arranged from sea spices which was excellent, management shall consider employing extra room boys for quick services, rooms well maintained. ok

Location of property is good, close to beach. But property maintenance, hospitality, cleanliness very bad. 1. AC was running of 22/23 deg.... Remote control was not working. 2. Fan was running in full speed.. regulator was broken could not reduce the speed. 3. If switch of fan lots of mosquitoes all around the bed, no mosquito repellent in place. 4. Quilt cover was dirty, having spots.... called to attendee he didn’t helped. Manager was very rude. He didn’t change the quilt cover

Overall it was a good stay, thanks for the hospitality staff was very helpful. Looking forward to visit again

No one to help us provide towels and serve us. Even for checking out no one came we left the key on counter n lwft

We had booked stay for 3 people and was allotted a deluxe room with a queen bed. We assumed that they will give an extra bed when we check in. But upon check in we understood that they would not provide extra bed and demanded rs. 1000 more for the extra bed. The manager said speak to makemytrip and check with them as they have already informed the same to them. But there was no way to contact or get help on the make my trip app. We had to let one of our friends leave and 2 of us stayed. I request makemytrip to look into this issue and would be great if a refund is provided
