Property is maintained pathetic, zero cleanliness , zero basic items even you can’t expect taps to have water. Poorly handled and one visit from health inspector or any government official, then it’s permanently closed.

Location is good, but service provided is worst. Worst staffs, cleaning is pathetic , beds are pathetic. They said new management is taking over , hope they will do better.

full of cockroach inside the room stinking washroom not clean full of marks on the bed sheet bedsheets not change cleaning of room not done didn't provide towels I think the picture uploaded was for hotel inauguration now the hotel is in worst condition and the bed was broken when I seat on the bed I just went down and both the end part was lifting up OMG. worst hotel stay experience ever.

To my shock, the room was in a deplorable condition — cockroaches were running all over, there was a terrible smell, the bed was in a pathetic state, the room was clearly unclean, and the toilet was completely unhygienic.
