Perfect place for those looking for accommodation near to US visa biometrics. Very clean and spacious rooms with all facilities. Hospitable staff.

While check inn they asked for extra amount n say that the room has a compact 1 bhk apartment room so i have to pay another 750. If u need more money for your rooms than change your price tag on mm t n don’t beg for extra amount while the guest are checking inn

Hotel clearness is the best and space also nice in sufficient amount but staff service weakness

The service you offer is not valid to the payment. You have to make sure you're about the service. Make the room and toilet clean, change the mattress and pillows, it's so old and not good to use. No towels n etc. Treat your customer respectfully. Specially 12 aug morning receptionist need to learn to deal the customer.

Very good atmosphere, very good rooms, behavior of staffs as well. Good location. Easy access to reach across the city

Neat and clean, worth for the amount we pay. Nice ambience. Location of the property is very good. Staffs are very cooperative and good behaviour.

Entire property is filled with cigarette smell. Not even close to the provided photos in the ad.

They charged exact amount of 1166 from me even though i have booked through mmt. On top of that freeze not working where i was staying. Ac also having issue.

I tried reaching out to the hotel before reaching to confirm the booking, but no one picked up the call. On arrival the receptionist charged me extra without giving any receipt invoice. He didnt allow me to book without the extra money. He asked me to pay to a personal up i account to prevent complaining. It was badly kept and maintained property with poor management.

No hot water, hotel contact person never picked the phone to guide for address, pathetic in fact. Will not recommend booking, very bad experience. Spoke to at least 3 executives for help, the last person whom I spoke was enjoying my concerns, happily spending time on phone, he was least bothered when I said I need to talk to someone responsible.

It was a home actually. But after reaching location they set me to pay extra 500rs. It was a good place for who staying with family

I was there for a day, no eating joints much vloseby but stay was comfortable. I rexommend this place to anyway new to chennai

I was asked to pay additional 850 rupees. Also no water supply in the room. Dreadful and pathetic stay

The owner told that no room is available in the hotel and to contact mm t for another hotel. He was rude and after wasting a lot of time he only gave me a room.

The hotel gave the accomodation only by 5. 30 pm instead of 12. 00 noon checkin. We had to wait for 6 hrs 30 mins in the reception. The hotel also charged rs. 880- extra. Hotel did not furnish receipt for the extra payment. Very bad experience and rude behaviour of the staff.

We were told the hotel if full, in spite of having a confirmed reservation. But the hotel staff was kind enough to accommodate us in another facility. Room / bathroom ventilation could be better

It's serviced apartments. Stay was good. But they will charge you 500 per day extra even if you have done all the payments. They say it's you have to pay price difference. They don't like offer given by booking. Also you cannot cancel there booking as it is non refundable. And no receipt also for extra payment. And rude at the time of check out.

Lots of governmental township are there very nice it was to stay here. Receptionist knows hindi also that was very nice here. They provided well cleaned room and every amenities were there.

Made full payment and resevation was also confirmed. Family went there for some medical consultation. Booking was confirmed but when we went for checkin early hotel staff was miss-behaving and took extra 750 for checkin and told the amount listed in mmt is less so we need more and started miss behaving and didn’t allowed us checkin untill we paid them 750.
