Mera booking cancel hua tha but cancel kiu nahi hua
Apka executive bola k usne booking cancel kaur diya hai or pays a refund hoga but app me cancel k jaga complete show ho rah a hai. Mene hotel me check in he nah i karne diya. Refund my money

Hotel is charging extra money, when i reached hotel. They told that pay 1000 extra or leave. Very poor room service. Very bad experience

Terrible Stay
Very unfriendly people, charging double price of the actual booking amount and also asking to cancel booking and pay in cash saying charges commission and rates are not real. Also not clean, had to use my own bedsheets and tv etc also not working. You are forced to agree with them or are left stranded on the road at odd hours. Considering the hassle of looking for new hotels and additional travel expenses people succumb to their demands. Highly unsatisfied, but then on enquiry seems other hotels nearby are also having same extortion policy. Leaving no alternative. Very dissatisfied.
