Good Stay
We stayed in Casa Fortuna in Calcutta. The stay was very nice. Property is in the heart of the city. Close to metro stations and Esplanade. Their Casa Kitchen is too good although pricey. The only issue is no parking space for guest cars. Even a cab waiting for a few minutes is a big problem.

Terrible Stay
The hotel is not upto the mark as per the cost concern, the breakfast is not at all worth, they don't provide Nonveg, it was not mentioned anywhere, the staff behaviour is pathetic, I will not recommend anyone to this hotel ever, bed is not comfortable, you need to ask for cleaning, toiletries etc. Overall it's ZERO customer friendly

Hotel is centrally located, clean rooms, staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is ok ok. Overall good place for stay

Rooms were very dirty
Room was very very dirty and there were spits on the walls. Also, Room was twin sharing whereas I asked for deluxe double bed.

I stayed for more than 6 days..on check out date they are so come calling my room and telling to check out by 11.30 am...should be flexible for long stay people atleast for 30 minutes grace...thanks

familyMy recent stay at Hotel Casa Fortuna was very convenient for attending my US visa appointment, as the US Consulate is nearby. Our visa is approved and issued and very lucky hotel. The vegetarian menu was excellent, offering a wide variety of flavorful dishes, though South Indian dishes was missing for lunch and dinner. The room was very neat and clean, though both the room and bathroom were a bit small. Highly cooperative staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Room was cozy for the price they are charging. Need improvisation of room. Noisy during night because of flyover.

Overpriced 2 star hotel.
businessRooms are small, dirty. Bathroom doors dont close properly. Its actually a 2 star hotel. Night food menu charges can even put a itc to shame
