Hygine is very very poor, room service is very bad

Improve your food quality

Unhygienic food. Stomach upset after dinner. Bad behaviour
The room was good. But rest everything led to quite A bad experience experience for us. The manager had A really unprofessional attitude. When we were going out in the evening just for A walk, we were asked by the manager that we needed to keep the keys with the reception, which was really weird because we have never been asked so in any hotel in any City. Welcoming of hotel staff was not as expected as well. We had to open the gates ourselves to Park our car. And the worst part was the hotel food. Strictly advise all to avoid their food. We had their food for dinner and all of us got sick after that. The locks were defective as well. So all in all, the other than the room itself, everything else ruined our stay with them.

Average Stay
Had a nice stay, room was pleasant and safe. Upset about the food quality as the chef is used to with red dry chill in every items. It is a request to the owner to change the chef so to improve the food quality. Rest everything is good, the staffs are also cooperative. Another request to the owner that he should allow outside food too. Hope to have a stay again.

Room and people were okay. Outside food isn't allowed, not even the water bottle. Costly food and they provide dirty mineral drinking water bottle at rupees 30per litre. Not even the range of Aquafina or Kinley. This is certainly they should look of it.

Value for money, hotel in good location
businessI personally was looking for a hotel near the airport for transit stay, going by the reviews booked it, value for money as I was looking within a certain range, but food quality needs some improvement. Overall great value for money.

Terrible staff
familyWe reached the hotel at 2 am after a long journey and were stranded outside for more than an hour. There was nobody to open the gate. We tried calling them, the Oyo guys tried calling, but no one answered the calls. Finally after ringing the bell for more than an hour, the staff opened the door. After that there was no apology from them and they were very rude. The guy was drunk and misbehaving with us. Will not recommend this place at all.

Not good
I reached 1 hour after my check-in time but they made me wait for 1 hour to get my room as it was not ready and they have changed room 2 times. Finally got my room which is not very clean. I don't think that they have given me fresh blankets. Not clean. No proper response.
