Hotel room is Clean and well maintained, staff is supportive and courteous.

2 night stay was good..rooms are spacious.Hotel Staffs’ behaviour were really generous..But Hotel restaurant was bit of expensive..overall experience was good..

The room was good and clean but the washroom was stinking, after complaining they tried odonil but effective, They told that their restaurant will be closed at 10:30 last order, but when we reached at 9:50, the staff told us that the restaurant is closed, We told that we were informed about 10:30 PM, but they refused to serve. So at night around 10:30 we had to go out searching for dinner, with kids and family along, worst experience in life

The Lord Valy Resort in Rishikesh is perfect for a peaceful family getaway. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with beautiful mountain views. The staff is warm and helpful, making you feel at home. The food is fresh, delicious, and varied. Overall, an excellent stay worth repeating

Price is high based on the service they provide. No amenities provided until asked like hair dryer, soap, dental kit. These things should be checked before checkin the guest. Kitchen should have more staff, as service is always delayed and most of the food menu items not available.

This has been an amazing place to stay in Rishikesh. amazing food and in specific, the locality is pretty close to Laxman Jila and the main road. And the staff has been very helpful for everything. It's a wonderful stay to choose when you are in Rishikesh

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel at home. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and offered a peaceful ambiance with stunning views – the perfect setting for a family trip. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and healthy options. What truly made our stay special was the way the team (Bikesh Juyal Hotel GM )went out of their way to make my daughter’s birthday memorable. They surprised us with thoughtful arrangements, a lovely cake, and so much personal attention that we felt truly cared for. It was more than just a stay – it was a celebration we’ll always cherish. The location is excellent, close to the river and surrounded by tranquility, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy Rishikesh’s charm. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rishikesh – whether for a holiday or a special occasion. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return!

location of the hotel is very far and there is no public transport available. hotel staff just speaks soft but works worst. i was not given cold water to drink but they have mentioned that there is minimum fridge in room. when it came to take bath, the geezer was not working and there was no hot water.

The stay in hotel on 21.06.2025 was good. Cleanliness in the hotel was good n staff was nice. The only concern was location of hotel. It was in the crowded market area.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. First of all, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, made me feel like i was a burden just for checking in and were not interested in listening to any complaints. The room looked nothing like the description or pictures . It was small, poorly maintained, and far from what was advertised. There was water clogging in the wash basin, which made using the sink disgusting. The overall service was just awful, no attention to detail, no effort to fix issues, and zero hospitality. To make things worse, the location was hard to find because there’s no visible signboard. We had to call multiple times and still struggled to locate it.

Room was clean and nice. Food was good. Happy with room service and location of hotel. Overall experiance was good.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more comfortable. The food was a highlight — both the buffet and à la carte options were delicious and well-prepared. Overall, a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for good service and tasty food

Different facilities provided from the rules and policies. The buffet list for lunch or dinner breakfast is missed. No one mentions any where about these details. I am suffering now. After individual order.
