Just because of guest like you these days hospitality business become a problem for host. People like you think they can do anything in the property as they owned everything by paying some amount. You have to come out from this mindset and start following rules and regulations.

Not as per expectations. Location of this hotel is inside area of tapovan where you cannot even get any vehicle for transportation. It is very difficult when your are traveling with family and big luggage. Also rooms are very small in this hotel.

Hotel Moksham in Rishikesh is a tranquil oasis! This was my second stay, and I was once again impressed. The yoga studio is a highlight, and Girish, the owner, is an exceptional yoga teacher and host. The staff is courteous and helpful. Although there's no lift, the stairs offer a serene view on each floor, making it a unique experience. Highly recommend Hotel Moksham for its peaceful atmosphere and wonderful hospitality. Perfect for those seeking relaxation and yoga.

The hotel is located in a pretty congested area, difficult to bring in 4 wheelers. Also, there is no lift facility in the building making it difficult for physically challenged people to stay here.

Good place to stay for couples or friends

The rooms are good and food served is also good. Service is also good only issue is if visiting with your parents and all, it would not be easy to reach the place as road to this place is bit high and has big slope. Although they also offer scooters on rent but in case your parents cannot ride it would be a bit challenging. Just to add most of the hotels are like this in rishikesh. If visiting as a couple nice place to say. Owner and staff are also nice.

Overall, it's a good facility to stay. The drawback is 400 meter hikes to reach the hotel, but one can find local transport like e rikshaw. It's not a big deal if you are travel-ling on light luggage. The food we had was average with very limited options, but i guess it was because their chef was not available during our stay. One more thing, we have an issue with electricity as it was not consistent. They have power backup, but ac in rooms do not work during power backup. Thanks

For food yes you are absolutely right we told you that our cook meet an accident just day before. We are very sorry about your Ac issue as we have genset with 62.5kv and it is more then whole property. Every thing works during electricity cut. May be you forgot to push button to start A/c. Sorry for that. Power cuts are very often here at rishikesh on weekends. But don't worry about backups. We are very sure you will give us one more chance to host you. Lots of love from moksham.

Every thing is almost good except the location of this hotel. Its too far from main road and a steep climb required to reach by foot or by vehicle. A normal driver like me had surrendered to drive and approach the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel. The overall experience not satisfactory at all. First of all, the location is at considerable height from main road. Walking itself is very difficult. Transport from main road is difficult. The staff behaviour not courteous enough. Overall not a good experience.
