It was clean, resourceful and beautiful view of ganga.

Property location was good as it was all accessible by car and the apartment has all the necessary equipment to cook as well and the care taker Raj Kumar was very good and accomodating

The Stay At the River View Apartment in Aloha (Alka Apartments) was definitely value for money without a doubt. One can use Aloha facilities and 1/3rd the price. The infinity pool and the view were show stoppers. Highly recommend the River view apartment as it has two balconies and cross ventilation does the magic. Room was clean. Neem beach is a 10 min. walk away and a real hidden gem. P.S. Paid Parking and the last 300 mtr. to aloha is little tricky.

The property is located near the river ganga and if you manage to get to the swimming pool you get to see some good glimpses of the river flowing through the hills. The one bhk apartments are all parking facing, so do not get carried away by photographs of ganga view from room, it is only from some 2 bhk apartments which are located on front side. The resturant is exorbitantly expensive, so only swiggy and zomato are only rescue. The good part of the property is, rooms are bigger in size, there is a kitchenette which can be very useful if you are travel-ling with family. The bathrooms were impressively clean and overall standard of hygiene has been nicely maintained. I was travel-ling with my aged father and topography of property wasn’t very convenient to navigate. I wouldn’t opt for it next time.

Overall it was a great experience, ambience and location in apartments. The apartment owner needs to work on providing services mentioned in make my trip facility list else shouldn't mention it in there, which will help to improve overall service and experience.

Apartment stays are better to stay in when considering price. Hotel prices are almost double. The service is mostly the same. The host is very cooperative and supportive. You can access all the amenities.

It was ok looking at the cost, ganga view and with balcony but furniture was very old and not clean

There was no wheelchair for a 91 year old guest we had. They said we must inform them at the time of booking, although there was no such option. The partial ganga view which was promised was blocked by overgrowth of trees within their property. It took away the complete essence of booking this apartment. Upon checking in, the bed linen was so filthy and stained that we could not even keep our belongings on the bed, leave alone sleep on it. This was changed upon repeated requests. The toilet seat was permanently stained and the management said that it can not be cleaned at all. It was practically unusable. We had nowhere to go after checking in as most of the other properties in the vicinity were fully booked by then. We were left stranded and it a was a group of three ladies aged 60, 65 and 91. Unimaginably bad experience. .

Room was ok but the service is below average so if u are looking for nice stay but not expected any services than its ok

Room was clean and well maintained. Had some trouble because our train got cancel-led but stay at the hotel was amazing.

Overall was satisfactory. Location was excellent. Staff was also cooperative. Few basic issues in 2nd toilet, wifi, could not be solved satisfactorily.

Worst experience the property is at a remote location where no public transport is available. Even to get to the main road you have to trek uphill for around 1 km which is very difficult. On the main road as well, you won't find any public transport and the streets are full of traffic congestion and no parking space, you won't feel to go in your own car (but a rented scooter/bike can be a good option. You won't be allowed to have food in the in-house restaurant as you have booked a private owner's apartment. You can order from zomato, but that is something i dont like being on vacation. They will charge you even for parking on the premises on per day basis. Being private, they did not even arrange to load the luggage during check-out. Overall the massive traffic jam (3-4 hours) in rishikesh and the reservation in this property spoiled my vacation.
