It was a family stay , visited Rishikesh and travelled from Haridwar. Firstly hotel located in non approachable area , very narrow roads and no taxi will reach to this hotel due to which you have to carry your luggages till hotel , almost 2.5 to 3 kms need to walk.
Hotel room size is very small , of course it’s budgeted hotel but need some professional handling of guests. Inside hotel room they not provided Drinking water , no TV , no soap, no shampoo and no dental kits, we used our emergency tools which brought from home.
Good part was , bedspreads and blankets were clean which was okayed out stay.
Washrooms need hygiene , towels were old. No ventilayion at room , without alarm you can’t wake up.
Ordered food through hotel where menu provided inside the room, unfortunately breakfast provided on payment basis was not good , we ordered puri bhaji where bhaji got abnormal taste like bhaji made last day n served for break fast with that. Parota was ok ok n we finished our breakfast.
Overall it was Average stay , hotel owner need to focus more on these issues to serve guests better.
