Great place to sta
The hotel is centrally located right on the main road. The rooms are clean and good sized. The food and service was very good. I stayed with my family and booked two rooms. The staff shifted the rooms to the first floor on their own when they saw that we had seniors with us. It was a very good stay.

Terrible Stay
Worst experience ever! The staff here are completely untrained, mannerless, and shockingly rude. They have zero idea of hospitality and treat guests with no respect at all. Staying here was a total waste of money and peace of mind. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place – there are far better hotels around. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider Hotel Mahadev!

Dear Sir I am very sorry to hear that you face problem at our hotel. We have taken strict action against staff. sorry for inconvenience caused to you for the double payment proceeded by mistake from your side but Sir there is a system to be followed and have to take the approval from management and from the finance department to get it transfer in your account at the earliest it will take to refund within 24 hours. I hope it was transferred on the very next day. Sorry for inconvenience.

Overall experience was not good as food was not Good and tha quantity of food was very less and In the room the Tv was lagging to much and wifi is also not working However the Room and bathroom was Clean.

We stayed at mahadev 3 days and rooms are very neat n clean, seems juzz renovated. staff is very polite and helpful. location is little far from triveni ghat so this should b considered before Booking. food is excellent and they have their own kitchen n prepare home like food. overall stay was very satisfied.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. It was clearly mentioned that the property is located near Neem karoli Hanuman temple and it is on a highway which is easily locatable with proper connectivity with all important stations. It was clearly mentioned that the offside road parking is available under CCTV surveillance and proper barricades. Sir, you stayed with us on 10 th nov and checked out on 11 th November, the room was booked on a double sharing basis You and Mr. Depender singh sirohi. It stayed and if you wanted to book on a triple sharing basis or at the time of check-in so it is Mandatory to provide government approved ID as per rules and without government ID we cannot accommodate as per government rules. Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

familyWe had a great stay here, what stood out was the warm service and attention provided throughout the stay, as well as sleek, well-maintained rooms. The food options were also pretty decent, and the front desk catered to all special requests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, i’ll be certainly be returning here

Poor
The hotel is located very far from the main city and the room size is so small that you can't easily walk in with your luggage. Very disappointed as i want to stay more but due to this i checked out earlier.

Our rooms are deluxe in quality and you also choose a deluxe room. Property is only 10 min away from the main city, if you have own çar or you can use public transport looking

Poor service, no buffet system as mentioned on mm t and rude behavior of receptionist. Takes too much time for the food

Sincerely apologise for the same. The buffet system was available with us and I checked with the hotel, What did you choose to serve, we serve the same choices of food which you require. We serve fresh food so it takes 30 min to prepare which they communicated to you. Great experience
The staff behaviour is very good. The rooms are good at this price range. The bathroom was hygienic. The floors and everything was neat and clean.
