    Our stay at BLISS GANGA RISHIKESH hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise against booking a room here. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the hospitality standards were far below expectations. The staff lacked professionalism and showed no understanding of how to properly welcome guests. We had booked two premium rooms for 1 night, expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, upon arrival, we were given the worst rooms available located at the back of the hotel with a terrible ambiance. The condition of the washroom was unacceptable, making our experience even worse. When we requested a room change, the staff claimed that no premium rooms were available. However, shortly afterward, in front of us, they informed a new guest that both premium and executive rooms were available. This was not only frustrating but also showed a clear lack of honesty in their service. After multiple discussions and persistent requests, the staff finally agreed to give us an executive room but charged us the premium room rate. Even then, the executive room was far from satisfactory—it was in poor condition, making us question whether any of the rooms in this hotel were actually worth staying in. Additionally, the lack of basic services was shocking. The hotel did not provide any assistance with transferring our luggage, either when we first checked in or when we changed rooms. We had to carry our own luggage despite having paid for a supposedly premium experience. Even at checkout, there was no staff available to assist us, highlighting the poor service standards further. If you are traveling with family and looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The experience was frustrating and far from what we had expected.

    I had accidentally booked 24th nova instead of 24th dec24, n i haven't got any help from the hotel manager, who blindly refused to even consider change in my plan.

    Thank you for giving us your valuable feedback, I had directly investigated your concern from concern department and i found they had no any information your booking date change, you called us when you got mail for feedback, So They told you that this is system generated if Guest is not Check in on check in date so system will auto mark check in and check out. we can't do any thing about this, if you informed us before 12:00 Mid Night so we can changed your check in date but we have no any information found your site or MMT. So this is not our mistake so i request to your please move your feedback on MMT. i humbly request kindly help us to remove your feedback, your room was reserve on whole day for you.     Hotel was very good with little issues in taps flow. But overall it is a main road property with pool parking and good rooms. I booked through make my trip so i got dinner and breakfast included which was also nice. The food menu was perfect for dinner and breakfast.

    Swimming pool is not working which is the reason why we have booked this hotel. Otherwise rest of the location and services are fine. They have a car parking available and location is just on road.

    This was a pathetic hotel where the bathroom was stinking very bad smell. Even after complaining they didn’t take care of the door was not closing. The sofas were very bad where it was already had so much of dirt. It was to run apart many places. Unfortunately we have to get it rid of it. However the staff was bit okay specially rana otherwise it’s not so good to stay there. The food is also just okay not so good. The rooms are congested. There is no view at all. There is no balcony in that there is no room heater. Overall i had a bad experience staying in a bliss ganga
