Location is not as proper as good as described in address also service was pathetic not provided proper room . Room essentials not given overall very bad experience

Everything was fine except food which was suggested by restaurant. Please take your food from outside

property is good and budget frandly location is very good near laxman zhula but the owner lady's behaviour not good owner need to improve her behaviour.

Kindly don't use this hotel for your travel. It is worst then you can think with unhygienic stuff. While you sleep lots of mosquitos aunts are there to entertain you along with dust. Staff says they don't have time to do your room services. If they are free than only they will help . Blankets are with full of smell and bedsheets too. Along with pictures are totally different what posted are on website and portals. Rooms are very very small and uncomfortable. Overall everything was worst . Request all not to go there better you go for Dhramshala stay .

The hotel is situated at a narrow street and the bed mattress wasn't not that much comfortable and the doors bathroom was not good but we can consider this only for the stay not for a good stay.

very bad room...they do not have ganga river view, the view from the balcony is of other buildings.....the bedsheets and pillow covers were burnt, had to ask them to change them.....but the staff was very polite and helpful.

Bed is below average and bedsheet is torn and a weird smell all over the bathroom and toilet and no tv set top box is there

At this price point it's good. It's very near to laxman jhula and you can get everything nearby. The price is very reasonable.

Location is not as mentioned near Laxhman Vihar as it’s on chilla road side and not good place for family due to that despite of confirmed booking I decide to leave the place and looked for done other property on the other side near Laxhman jhula.

I booked family room. It was wonderful stay, location awesome just few steps from lakshman jhula. Staff was very supportive specially mam (manager owner. Room was clean, water heater was working superly.

It was good experience at there it is located nearby Laxman Jhula that is easily noticeable and location is perfect

Cctv camera was found in the room and staff do not inform about it. We came to know later at night and our privacy was leak. We still regret to book this hotel.

We had very bitter experience and they dont even informed us...If you are traveling with family its unsafe and even they dont give good response to your Question. Your privacy leaks are high...

Hostel is good ✨️ but rates are a bit high in comparsion to other hostels who are same or better than it, doms are nice & have chairs too ,but pillows are a bit hard , there should be soft pillows , front office boy & Owner Kavita mam are also very helpful & polite , but there should be proper checkin procedure & entry of all details in register like number etc , yesterday night one alchoholic got checkin at 12 am night & was disturbing everyone in ground floor dom was even pulling curtain of my dom too , such people shall not be allowed , Hot water facilties are good too , there are 2 bathrooms in 8 bed doms again a good point which most hostels lack , Wifi is good too , Location is also accesible at laxman jhula market , hostel is good at levels but need improvements too 👍

The rooms are very good and clean, and the electric kettle was very helpful. The service of the staff is also very good. They just needed a lift!
